If I was busier I wouldn't have the time for this much. But right now for another month or so most of my days are free. It's definitely not free, but for me it's worthwhile for now.

I have all the templates drawn on mylar. I still need to mail it out to them.

Got all the manifolds and risers done finally today. This high temp thread sealer is by far the best I've ever used. I highly recommend it if you need to seal any threads. Make sure to wipe up the excess.

I can confidently say that these are now better than new factory manifolds. The o threads were literally all done wrong.

I also highly recommend these brass elbows instead of the stock ones which are plastic.

And the brass plugs as well, fat superior to the stock plastic ones.

.. nice work , u have skills .. I did a lot of stuff on previous restorations and cant take lot of time and dedication , been perfectionist it cost me a lot of always ( money + time) .. now , I run Cobalt 233 CC 1997 , but in excellent shape with 7.4 L MPI only 260 Hours .. boat is amazing , same color like yours .. I may run into you somewhere on the lake .. I'm on Cyprees creek marina on Lake Travis

Oh ya. It's a big boy. I'm trying to decide what to use for the enclosure material. So far I'm looking at either fiberglass, HDPE, or bedlined MDF (sealed enclosure for sure). A lot of it also depends on where I end up mounting it.

I wouldn’t use MDF on a boat. My buddy put a similar sub in his Stingray and used the back to back port seat base as the box. Sub pointing out the port side, can’t even see it and sounds awesome.
