Our area ( Stockton) , is 65 miles inland from the SF bay and 50 miles from true salt water. With so many Rivers and water highways it’s almost an intercostal.

It is rising about 8 inches a day. It’s about a quarter mile walk to parking at Bullfrog. Most of the people are pretty friendly and will pick up hitchhikers back and forth. I’ve been going to Powell for 20 years and this is the lowest I have seen. The guy camped next to us said he was fishing there in April and that was the lowest it’s been since the 60’s. I guess the people in LasVegas and California have more pull, they have been filling Lake Mead all winter.
