There is a weather changing line..somewhere around an hour south of Orlando where the weather differs. If you are looking for warm weather, you won't find it above that line.
There is Ft. Myers and south, Miami Dade, and then the rest of the country.

Man I am jealous you guys get to escape to the warm weather in the winter. All I get to look forward to is my 4hr drive south to the lake where it is normally an average of 10 degrees warmer in the winter.

I am however going to Orlando for my wife's spring break in late March. Something we planned awhile ago. She is looking forward to that. I am looking forward to taking delivery on the new boat when we get back lol!

Winter sucks”.... Not so much here in South Texas. I almost took her out today but she is tucked in so well I decided I could wait a few more weeks.

Sure maybe 15 years ago. Winters have been pretty mild the last couple of years.
But we will be ok. Wife gets the truck to go to work. I'll take my little car with snows and see how it does. We have plow trucks at work that might just come home with me.

And the lake effect keeps piling up here.
The band is moving slightly south tonight, out of the city and right over us again.
It’s actually pretty cool to see it snow that hard.. Something very relaxing about it.
Another 4 AM date with my plow truck. 😴😴😴🤪

I like snow....I don't like it hanging around all winter but I do want one really good snow here. Won't happen...we usually just get a few flurries that make our weather people freak the F out just so they have something to talk about. But watching 22 inches fall in Telluride a few years ago was pretty cool!

I don’t mind the snow either, but after plowing for 3 days, and 1-2 feet more now in the forecast, it’s becoming problematic. We’re running out of room to stack it up.

Better invest in a few blow dryers Tusc! Hang them off the side off your plow on high.... Redneck ingenuity. Your welcome. 😁

Seriously, I'm glad the edge of this thing is supposed to be to our north. Our forecast has us in the mid to lower 20s tonight through Wednesday but trending up from there.

My son and his girlfriend are leaving for our florida condo on Wednesday and the high in Naples Thursday will be almost exactly 100 degrees warmer than the low temp they left behind Wednesday morning in Minneapolis.

Well, it’s suppose to blizzard here Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We’re suppose to leave early Thursday, but you know, I may have to bulldoze more snow🤬.So just in case, I made two separate flights to choose from as we move closer. One for Thursday morning as planned, and one for Friday afternoon as a backup.. I love Southwest Airlines. 😍😍. So easy to love and a great cancellation policy.
If the weather is going to be as bad as predicted, the airport will probably be closed, or a bunch of cancellations will screw things up. If I don’t double book, we will probably be stuck.

Umm A7, Piloting our flight? We’ve got plenty of room for a layover! Mission BBQ awaits!
