Being it's a merc I highly recommend a simerk drive shower.

That plate is another reinforcement for the ski pole which I swear could pull a caterpillar tractor. It's how we pull 10-12 kids on tubes behind the boat all at once. I can't imagine the force applied when some of the tubes submarine. Man I love how Cobalt overbuilds things.
