Yes. I know the fiber board in the engine compartment you are talking about jrc1.

For me, what I was really curious about was the port and starboard pads. Just could not figure out how they got those nuts on those bolts.

Very tinny people that work at the factory. Lol. They prob bolt all that on before they drop the top onto the bottom part of the boat. Your gunna have to get a long wracheting box wrench is prob gunna be the beat bet.

So, if I remove the board between the engine and the seat (which looks easy to remove) ... Will that make getting to those easy or still a reach?

Is that back seat and the side seat all one piece? I don't see a seam

Yes it will make it a lot easier and u might fit in there to get the side ones too. Yes I believe it is all one piece

If for some reason you take those firewall engine compartment panels off, take a pic from that vantage point looking forward, jrc1.

Where long sleeves. Cover your skin. Gloves.

And then find a little person with Michael Phelps arm reach.

Judd each one of those bolts will have a cap, nut and washer. Lots of little pieces to retrieve. I have no idea why they put caps on back in there but my 240 had them. Just shows how they go the extra mile when they build them.

The seatback does wrap around in one piece. Be sure to put all those caps back on the bolts when you take everything to the upholstery shop. Going is one thing, but coming back you don't want to snag anything!

Looks like they could have used bolts about 1" shorter. Starting to look like those seats won't be done for me. I am supposed to drop mine off tomorrow. So all I have left to work on it is tonight.

So all the interior that I could get out quickly is currently at the upholstery shop. Been there a week today. He said he would have it about two weeks. We have had cold weather and rain for several days, so I haven't been working on her much. I did have a vinyl repair man fix my speaker holes today. He fixed 8 holes for $75. They are not perfect for sure but I'm happy with them for that price.

Next up.. going to trouble shoot the horn soon. It doesn't work consistently but I have heard it....so I'm hoping for just a loose wire. Bad news is that it is going to be extra hard to reach unless your super skinny.

Did find a part today that I have no clue what it is... pic to follow.
