Yea they do that because they are owned by the same company that is the table rock cobalt dealer on the lake. I will say this, their rental boats are all over the east side of the lake closer to branson. They must make a killing on rentals during the summer.
Yep and none of them no how to drive. The tritoons there are worse.

Your spot on. When I was filling up last week at my marina one of gas dock guys said a renter rammed his pontoon into a brand new MasterCraft that was fueling up. Put a huge gouge in his gel coat about a third of the way down his starboard side. I would of punched that guy square in the nose!

Next year we may move to Perry's landing in Erie.
Unfortunately that may require bottom paint.
Great marina though.

While we were at Dooleys another group at the resort rented a deck boat from Indian point. She was beat up. He was directly across from us. He went to put it in reverse but put it in forward instead and the boat almost went across the walk way between us onto my boat. After that we made him shut it off when coming to the dock and we pulled them in. The marina didn't even give them ropes to tie it off. They had to use the anchor rope. That boat looked like it was one that aslan shot down.

I've only been on one of their private docks so not sure if this is true of all of them but holy shit it needed work. You couldn't walk down the middle without dodging spider webs and lots of the wooden planks need replaced ASAP. IIRC....the courtesy/restaurant dock wasn't that bad.
guess I'm saying it doesnt surprise me about the condition of that rental pontoon. Did it damage the dock?
Apparently thats what happened in the mastercraft incident....wanted to put it in reverse and put it in forward mistakenly. Why he gave it so much juice I couldnt say.

Dooleys were very nice and very clean. He gouged the bottom side of the hull on the bow. He even had a double stall and still couldn't get in. We ripped on him all week. Midweek they had a guy coming with a 240 Cobalt that was supposed to go next to him. They moved him to a single down a ways.lol
At the public dock at the restaurant it was clean and nice when we were there.

Pretty much!
I'm a little too anal to leave my boat in the water, anywhere.
In my 14 years of boating, I've never left a boat in the water overnight.

My dock is owned by the HOA. Slip is deeded with my home. Marina dues work out to about $85 a month and the HOA keeps it in decent shape.
Boat stays on a lift with the mooring cover, and the docks are covered.
Best part is the dock is a 5min run in the golf cart.
For fuel I use Crosswater Yacht Club which is maybe a 10 min.run.

My development was built ~30 years ago and there are only 90 homes, makes it easy for everyone to get along.
Not everyone has a slip, a little more than half.
Since my home is one of the older homes, I have one.
