Pretty neat that you continually get software updates for these Fusion head units to fix bugs and improve functionality. Just got it updated to the latest release, took only a few minutes:

The eyelet that hook ski ropes to on this 292 is super low. Been looking for solutions and found one that may work. I ordered up this pop up ski pylon. Going to mount it on the forward center section of the swim platform there's a part where the fiberglass is real thick there and should have plenty of strength.

Anyone else done something similar?

Got the final pieces in to finish getting the Bimini top together and installed. Along with boot and velcro straps for trailering. I'm pretty sure the previous owner had this bimini redone, it looks longer (from front to back) than the factory one. Very happy with the end result, gives us tons of shade, the new modified height is perfect, and even at 30mph it was solid while on the water yesterday.

Wow I did not realize they gave out 10 year warrantees. What does it all cover?

BTW I am so over any fancy wheels. It doesnt matter what its make of or coated with they all corrode, so you might as well get the cheapest strongest you can.

From what they told me it covers the tire for punctures and any tread separation for 10 yrs as long as there is tread life left in the tire. Considering these are trailer tires that is basically 10yrs of warranty to cover 99% of things that may happen. Because tread is usually still there, but it's the rubber that corrodes.

And on wheels, agreed! Aluminum wheels that can handle 2200lb capacity are not common. A steel 2200lbs wheel is great to have and all we need for real durability.

The rear-left side axle decided it didn't need it's bearings anymore. The inside bearing housing had welded itself to the spindle and I only found a few bearing rollers remaining, the rest were all crushed to bits. The nut on the back of the spindle was rusted in place, had to use a cutoff wheel to split the nut, and then had to heat up the axle housing to knock the spindle out. Huge hassle, but at least the spindles are replaceable on these TDE 3500 torsion axles.

Also went through and repacked/greased the other 5 for now. Will be tearing into them later down the line.
