Even though the song is about an illegal and forbidden sports car, barchetta means “little boat” in Italian.
“Little Red Boat” seems like a good description of my boat.
I really have to watch my driving speed when that song comes on the radio.

I don't remember the last time I had the sound system on in the boat......so maybe the sound of silence.?

Sounds of Silence by Simon and Garfunkel. You might want to check out the version by Disturbed. Nice rough edge.
Maybe even Depeche Mode's song Enjoy the Silence.
All jokes aside, it's hard to imagine being on our boat with no music. We're always fighting over who's music to listen too.
I have a play list called Relaxing on the Boat. This winter I'm working on new playlist: Sleeping on the Boat.
That's what I love about boating. So many options. I do enjoy listening to other people's boats in the distance, the young kids tubing while laughing their heads off.

Well, my phone is a company phone, so I can't put music on it, so no playlists. Radio reception is lousy for the most part...The wife's taste is different than mine in music. I really don't listen to music much....ironic for a guys who plays 4 instruments, 5 if you aren't picky about how well.... Music just lost it's appeal somewhere along the way..
Yes, I've heard the Disturbed version......and SOS was a total joke on my part.
