PB&J—-peppered beef jerky. Your covered. Comes out great on the smoker and doesn’t leave any orange dust on the boat

Or sweet Thai chili jerky—my own recipe of red chilis, chipotles, apple juice,lemon juice, Worcester and soy sauce You guys are maki g me want To clear the snow and make some jerky and ribs. You know, I think I just realized I kind of like to cook I guess

Well as this Wild warm spell is offsetting the East Coast.... it was time to go Canoeing.( it’s kinda like boating just tiring 
).

Doing a little late winter cleaning here at Table rock. I don’t think they have had the gates all closed for more than a couple weeks since about this time last year.

Walked down to the condo complex docks this morning. Not where I keep my boat but still always nice and peaceful down here.
