Well, it’s going to be BEAUTIFUL!
It makes your home the place to be.
When your boys get to high school age, you can have their parties and friends at “your” house where you can keep an eye on them..
I made the mistake of building a small bar in our basement for their college year friends. Those same kids, who are now between 25-30 still party there when they all come home for the holidays. Loud, wild, crazy and we LOVE it!

My daughter is a special needs teacher and my son in-law is a cop. Both very responsible, respectable and straight laced. But when they come to the lake once or twice a summer, it is their "safe place" to relax and cut loose a little, without any fear of repercussion. And I'd rather it be there than anyplace in the world!

Hey Liquid - the pool looks awesome! IMO having a pool, Lake House & a Cobalt (I know how much you love 
the 190) his like winning the trifecta lottery!
