Cooler was at very back of engine, up top bolted to the block. Not easy to get to, at least at 42 years old now :roll: Ran her for 3 days and fluid still full! Victory

Local hydraulic stores are the bomb. Sometimes I make ly own lines for oil or trans cooler out of stuff from the hot rod shop. But for high pressure stuff, I let someone else do it. Had the transmission lines on the duramax leak and replaced under warranty. Second time, went to the shop and got the stuff to do it right. Haven't leaked since.

That is where mine was also. I had the same issue but just clamps. Now do that with a few more years on you and a bb. Fun
