Pulled out an oldie but goodie this week.
I forgot just how great the “I’m No Angel” album was from the Gregg Allman Band.
It’s one of those records with no fillers..every song is great.
“Just Before The Bullets Fly” is a close second.
I’ve seen the Allman Brothers Band several times. Last time was in 2016, and they were not good at all, but come to find out, Gregg Allman was recovering from a liver transplant and was very weak and sick, and sadly, passed the next year.
Yes T great song.

Seems like all of the great artists of the past have died young.

All too young.

A good friend and I just saw Samantha Fish a couple of weeks ago live. The girl can rock...especially with a slide on a cigar box guitar. Any other folks here into her music? Easy on the eyes too.

After listening to Van Morrison's 1987 album, Poetic Champions Compose, the song "The Mystery", the wife and discussed naming our boat "Bonny Boat".
Maybe even "Bonny Blue Boat" or "Blue Bonny Boat". Since watching Outlander on Netflix, she likes the term "bonny".

So sad to hear Nanci passed away today. She was one of our all time faves. Her Other Voices Other Rooms album (with the song below written by John Prine Driller!) wore out our CD player both in the car and at home. She will forever live on through her music.

Sorry for your loss. I wasn't familiar with her.
I had a musical picture of you A7, and I just had to change it. I did listen to John Prine but changed his lyrics to "there's a hole in the water where all Daddy's money goes".

No worries K. ...and hopefully the picture wasn't too disappointing.
Cheers to the music.

I like pretty much all music except rap. Here is a country boy take on a metallica song. I thought this was very cool.
You may have heard of Lainey Wilson. Her mother and I are first cousins.
