I might get in on this...sounds like they will not give a deal unless you do the whole boat?

Anyone know the thickness, I know with Seadek there are options.

I will send an email to get some more clarification.

BBP what do you have for a file? Just a screen shot or? I may be able to convert it to a PDF or Adobe Illustrator file. You can email it to me and I will see what I can do with it.

I asked thickness of the swim platform pad and it is 7mm so I'd assume same for all the pad they use.

When I contacted SeaDek theirs was 6mm. I think Yt even said aqua marine was thicker.

Is that the same file I sent you? That was sent straight to me from seadek.

Yes, the Aquamarine product is thicker. Klennop I don't know what they will do at this point. Ashley is the office manager, and at first she told me they could do a group thing for the swim decks. Then she told someone else it would have to be for the whole boat, so maybe her boss changed her mind.

What I do know is they are making me a new deck pad because the grain runs different from my upper deck. The product is thicker than seadek. And installing is SUper easy. Just tape it down where you want it, peel half of it back, score the backing with a sharp knife or razor, stick it down and peel the other half back. No worries!

Just make sure the second half is taped into place well so it doesn't shift. Once the first half is stuck down you can remove all the tape... it's not going anywhere.

I sent that file to her and I sent the pdf file seadek sent also. So far no luck. We will see on Monday. I was told by seadek the walk through would be free because it didn't need anymore material. No matter what it used 2 full sheets. But no cobalt C I'm checking with SC wake.

So I took the PDF you have and opened it up in Adobe Illustrator. I think they will not accept it because it comes in as 1 "image". They can't select any individual pieces which means they also can't make a CAD file out of it without redrawing it. The PDF is also pretty low res when I bring it in so it is crappy. I can redraw it but that isn't going to happen quick. If it is higher rez, I can use the cheating way in Illustrator but doing it with this file, makes it look like total crap, see the attachment.

I am sure most of those companies will not give up an Illustrator or CAD file but if I can get one of those, I can give the people pretty much any format they want.

I placed my order today, They indicated they would be between 4-6 weeks for production. Shipping was an additional cost. I'm right at $400 shipped. They require 50% down at order, and remaining balance when they cut the pad.
