Had an Audi A3 in Norway and it was very sensitive to having winter tires mounted to drive in the snow. Without them, it was a no-go, with them handled fine.

Getting going was fine but stopping with directional tires no way. If someone would have just put all season tires on it then I think it would have been just fine.

With a set of winters plus Audi Quattro your new ride should be stellar in the snow! It will be a fun car to commute in — year round.

Yes it should be. It was nice to drive it today. It's a few steps above the vibe. Lol. rode so nice and quiet. Felt tight for how many miles are on it.

How bout I drive up there to service our Aspen in your new career location while you and I hop the fence and stare at blue engines at the Merc facility on your lunch break. Grin.
