Lot's of style in those trailer fenders. Is that a toilet in the interior? It all looks to be in great shape. Will be like restoring a WW II aircraft. Here is the one I was involved with for 6 years before it was mothballed and put into long term storage.

Yes, that is a toilet. It's old school where they used to flush right out into the water. I forget what that is called, but when they told me that I had to look underneath.for the chute. That will be getting sealed off. It would be just my luck it opens up like an artesian well when I'm out on the water.

I'm thinking of lining the inside with thin beadboard, and laying teak in the floor. It uswd to have plywood floors with floatation underneath but it's all gone. I might turn the toilet into an ice chest..

He was also responsible for submerging it in that creek. I'll take an up close shot of that thing, nothing has ever been treated more recklessly.

The Gator though - my kids are so spoiled. We're dragging toboggan's back up the hill. They sled and we go down and pick them up in the gator and take them back to the top of the hill... now that I think a bout it, we're spoiled too not having to drag kids and toboggans back up a hill!
