I’m still not sure how white, the brightest and most reflective of all things, hides black grime, surface dirt and green algae bath tub ring that boating produces.

.
Then, when the hull looks it’s absolute worst, people try to fix it by bottom painting it..flat black.

My last boat was 13 years of 100% white.

I like the interior.
Are you tired of cleaning those mysterious spider droppings and airborne splatters that leave a yellow dot or line..? I fully understand as my old sea ray had a tan interior and was great to keep clean. Or at least it appeared clean

It’s not that it hides scum and stains.. ( dark transom is better for that). I think white is the most forgiving to polish with limited skill , and effort. I love the look of the black bottom with a red edge stripe and white topside. I’m in a swamp so maybe I’ll just order one primer and guidecoat.

I see your point Matt. I’m sure most people look at it that way. I disagree, not with you, but rather that white is easier. If a person isn’t meticulous, I guess there is a point. Ram a dock and white shows less scratch. I would bet that all of us here are slightly anal where that will never happen.
With some common sense care and some big GD 12” fenders, no forgiveness needed..

Seems that 95% of all boats here are all white, and the rest are white... Our boat gets looks like it’s from Mars.
Goes in beautiful and comes out the same.
