My golden hates boat rides but LOVES to swim and fetch. So good news don't have to worry about her putting holes in the vinyl.
We figured out last year that as she swims past you, you can put an empty beer in the handle of her life jacket. Then the kid throwing the stick can put a full beer in the jacket and throw the stick by you, works great!! Wish I had some pics...
