Nice trailer! Looks familiar. Nice looking boat too! How long was the wait for the trailer?

I signed the contract on 8-30-21. They where slow to produce because of steel shortages, the holidays, and they had to wait on the 6k axles as well.
Worked out for me because the boat was delayed until this month anyway:) we are driving up to get it the last week of February. Only thing I’m worried about is the bank saying know on the boat loan!!!! If they do, I’ll have a trailer for sale. Haha

I think my trailer took about 6 weeks to deliver. I can’t really remember exactly but I know it wasn’t very long. Wow the world is a mess right now! Glad it all worked out for you.
Banks hand out money every day! It will all work out.

Dealer just told me that we can’t water test until I get my trailer because the water is too low. Yuck! We are headed up to Loadmaster at the end of this month.

You probably want the neoprene covers for those tower speakers FWIW.

I second that motion on the speaker covers. They definitely will keep the spiders out. They can be a little cumbersome to put on but well worth it to protect those beauties.

So I have the R6 Surf with premium sound with tower speakers. I have the neoprene covers. Can’t figure how to get them on and secured. Anyone have some helpful hints?

A couple questions for the R6/R8 Surf crowd 1) has anyone figured out how to get those neoprene speaker covers on the platinum sound speakers? I gave up but want them on to keep the spider webs out. 2) when we are surfing I turn on the camera but just about anything I touch on the screen turns it off and I have e to go back through several screens to get it back. Is there a way to “fix” the camera view or make it a one button shortcut?

We love the boat and have built a pretty good wave!

If you go into settings you can set the camera view to one of the corners…. On the left screen select menu and there is an option there, you kind of have to hunt for it but you can do it. Covers you position the tag on the back so it runs from the zipper to the tweeter and the zipper zips from bottom to top of the speaker. Hope that makes sense.

I always start putting the covers on with the tweeter side first then the back bottom. Pretty smooth process after a couple of tries.

Congratulations! We also had an R5 surf for one summer- it was a great boat- however when I saw the R6 it just made sense and after using the R6 this past summer we love it. I feel the R6 will be a boat we will have for many years. I love the extra storage in floor or the R6 surf as compared to the R5 surf.

That was our story as well we had the R7S for one summer and upgraded to the R8S after seeing the wave. Great boat.
