If your still looking, I know a mechanic near LBJ. He replaced 3 engines for me back in 2018 when I was buying and flipping boats. I still have the Cobalt we put one engine in. 2 were reman engines and 1 was a used local running engine. He might be able to find you a local used and running engine to drop in your boat.
