It's odd not seeing all of the boats parked there. At least if your bored during the day you can go watch the boat Launch area.

Here is my pic for the month, but it's not a boat pic. Third place last weekend in the OK Auctioneers Champion of Champions and 2nd last week in Arkansas state contest. That and a quarter won't get you much..
But here is a neat old mahogany boat with a 40 hp Evinrude I sold at a collector car sale on Saturday. It was hard not to buy it until it blew past $5000. I have enough projects going on.

Some ribs, one sauced and one dry rub only. This smoker will get used a lot this summer at the lake!

Bobo87 wrote: Wed Feb 12, 2020 8:14 pmI've had three other smokers, two gas and two charcoal/wood but this is my first pellet. I'm impressed with the build quality and overall design and I think it has the same high quality of a Traeger - time will tell. As a bonus it gets hot enough to work as a great searing grill - I did some burgers on it tonight and it had no trouble getting up to 600* on a windy 10* night, it gets within 50* F of my $2,500 Weber gas grill. I might just test out how it performs in extreme cold tomorrow morning when it is -12*F before I get on a plane to Naples in the afternoon. It will be 80* warmer when I step off the plane 3 hours laterMnLakeBum wrote: Tue Feb 11, 2020 9:47 pmIs this your first pellet grill? How do you like the Weber? Re: February 2020
I would also add Green Mountain to the list of pellet smokers to consider. Digital temp control down to single degree control. Couple that with wifi and it's hard to beat IMHO. I got one about 2 years ago and haven only turned my Weber Summit on 4 times since. So much more flavor. I love to do a reverse sear Ribeye....smoke it at 170 for 1 hour, then crank the grill up to 500 and finish it it off---about 4-5 min/side. I can also throw some pretty mean ribs out as well. Can't beat it.
