That looks great! I've been waiting for 2 + weeks for someone from Castaway Customs to come out and measure. I know it has been raining for most of the days. How long did it take you to get it done on your boat?
They measured on March 22nd and installed May 2nd. I was told the color we wanted "Terra" was on back order. Seems a long time to be on back order to me. Overall they were responsive to my text messages and good to work with, just took a long time. $570.00 for all three pieces installed.
That's a great price installed. I can tell you that none of these companies are very fast to get anything done. They have the business and they don't have to go get it so it's on there time right now. Sucks but that's what it is.

That's a great price for that work. I've heard it takes a long time to get it done. I'm retired and live at LOTO so I've time to wait for the finished product. Your color combo looks like just right for my boat and it looks great.

Big fan here, seen him 6 times, even been on the slideshow doing a beer bong off a volcano van!

considered naming ours Smugglers Run, but stuck with our old boats name.
hahaha. My wife is a school teacher so she wanted to name the boat Summerzcool, his play on summer school. But I said the captain has the first right of refusal on boat names

What thickness did you get from Castaway. They quoted me 6mm.
Thanks
John

Nauti's have 6mm. I would get that if I get that option if I ever do mine.

Hi John,
I just looked at the estimate they emailed me and it doesn't say what the thickness is. I assume 6mm is the standard but I'm not sure.

The 8mm felt a bit better and wasn't that much more expensive. Hopefully it holds up better. Marzen is ready to boat.

I have been checking out the sea deck on the boats around me and they look dirty? Does it clean up, or is that wear? Anyone know?
