Fire it up and then change it. It's prob not going to matter much. Everything is after the filter.

yeah, the mix will be burned out by the time the engine warms up, might smoke a bit but won't hurt anything.

I change mine right away because that's what they remove to put the 2 stroke cocktail in for fogging.
