Yes him. Lol I just sent him a email after we got back from our factory tour. He helped me with a couple of things. But it's 3 hours from me. I use them and shoreline. Both great dealers.

Here are my props. I'm a little disappointed in the "clean up" part of the job. There are some swirls and pitted areas that I haven't had on any of my other props. Not a big deal I guess as it will not diminish performance... just used to them being perfect! They are really sharp and have a little added cup to them.

I'll bet the tour was cool!

I am now in search of a stowable cockpit table to use somewhere between the back bench seat, and the bucket seats. Any suggestions from you fine people ? Thanks !!

Hey HSk, great to have you on the Cobalt Chat forum. So glad you found us!

When we owned our 262, we had an option for the table to be mounted in the cockpit using the elbow bend. It does block the center walk thru so we did not use it as much. Occasionally we mounted it in the bow. I would mount it off to the side if you have a choice like BBP's picture shows.

Our 263 uses a light hollow aluminum tube that goes straight up from the floor to the table. Here's a pic of the table with my jet ski friend posing near our boat friendly snacks. Another idea for ya'

In any event welcome aboard mate!

Aslan7 - Thanks for the warm welcome!

My only 2 hang ups with having a floor base type is: 1) I'd have to have my snap in carpet modified, and 2) Coming from a fishing boat with seat bases almost everywhere I stepped (lol) I sure do like the "clean" look and feel of the cockpit with no bases anywhere. If it were my decision alone, I'd do like BBP did with it off to the side. But it's a shared decision :) and I'm not sure what we're going to do yet.

The next thing I just MIGHT tackle is the speakers. Still have the Sony's that came with it - but honestly, I don't mind them. The previous owner said they sounded horrible, but he didn't have the head unit tuned/dialed in... everything was just "flat" in terms of the EQ. I need to go some place that has some JL Audio speakers to listen to live.

Yea I think the fuel tank is in your way to do a Infloor mount. I would have done the center mount as it's prefect for having 4 people sitting around it. Also in the center I don't think it was a flat surface to mount it too plus there is a gap between the gel and the inside of the storage spot in there. So I went where it was out of the way. But the best spot but not the worse spot. I just wanted a table and wanted out of the way. I would have put it in the bow which I could add another mount if I want but we have the bfc in there 99% of the time so why bother. Sorry my sil hates her picture takin but my niece doesn't. And another of my 200.

Many threads here on seadek, we did our platform last year and lovee it... Rest of the boat will be done before the season starts.

*side note on that if you are really wanting seadek start now! Nothing quick about the process of templating, fitting, ordering and installing but worth it!

Also lots of stereo upgrade threads... Don't listen BBP... JLs are better than wetsounds  :D  :D

I like the idea of putting some of that Seadek on my rig too. But, I might wait a year because we just put a brand new trailer under it this Fall.

I don't think I posted it yet!! I'll shrink it up and post it :)

We took the boat on a couple trips last summer (Penninsula state park, and the family cabin in Tripoli WI) and both times had issues. When we bought the boat, we sunk some $ into cleaning it, had it wet sanded and polished up right, replaced some worn upholstery, etc. When we were having problems trailering it, we decided that didn't make sense to have an awesome boat and a crappy trailer. Soooo...we ordered a new trailer. Dealer gave us 2k on a 2008 Trailmaster.
