Pump sounds like it’s pumping, alarm comes on but no movement. The only time it moves is when we arch the solenoids but doesn’t go flush to the swim platform. Even if we can bring it flush for now would be great. Any advice?

I can hear what sounds like the pumps working.
Any ideas on where to start? Disappointed there is very little information or diagrams of the system online. Nothing in the owner's manual. Google searches have not yielded any diagrams or spec sheets.
Is there a hydraulic fluid tank to check? Is it a do-able job to bleed the lines for someone fairly mechanically minded?

Anything to help would be appreciated before I drive it 1 1/2 hrs up the lake to the dealer. thanks in advance
