My dealer here in Grand Rapids Michigan has the choice of a 300 or 380 hp. A little bit of a price difference but anyone know the difference in top end speed of the two engines?
I would go with the smaller 300. The saying goes I rather a smaller engine!

There within a mile or two speed isn't why you buy a Cobalt.
Pay no attention to BB!

You Shouldn't ask this group... We want all the horsepower and captains call.

For the love of all that is holy man DO NOT get the smaller 300. So I just jumped from a 2003 240 with 320HP to a R7 with 430 HP. The R7 is maybe LOA 2.5' longer than that 240 and this R7 roars out of the gate. Once you get a taste you'll be like...well shit thats what they're all talking about..

Haha, don't let these guys suggest a 300🤣. They are tongue in cheek, but you may not know us well enough yet.🤣.
There may be a mile or two difference with a hurricane tail wind. Load her up, and in chop, you are looking at aweful..

Our CC. discussion goes deep. If it brings joy, definitely order it. Joy is what a this is all about.
For other snobby old school motorheads like me, unless you have a "2" big horse twins making that perfect chorus sound together, and the bite to back the bark, it's a little..well.... .. .

My daily emails to cobalt asking for hot pink to be added as an option should be addressed any day now!
