I'm think your new drive has totally different splines.
I just never saw duo alum props. Good cheap alternative option I guess.

I have not had them on my boat yet but it came with a spare Set of D6 3856346 aluminum props. Boat has SS F6. Looking at the splines they look the same but props sure are different.

Nealj8 Don't know if these will fit? Look at the picture of the splines? Are they the same as yours?

I know this is a long shot but does anyone have used B7 volvo penta props for sale? Wanting to try out different pitch without new pitch prices.
