NautiGirl wrote: Tue Nov 20, 2018 3:27 pm OK guys - ignore everything I just said in the last post. I reached out to Char Bar which is a relatively new place in KC. The reviews look awesome, they have burnt ends, a beer garden with Croquet Boccee Ping Pong and Cornhole, and they were able to accommodate a reservation of 20. It is a little bit of a drive from the double tree, but we can make that work. Here is the menu and info: https://charbarkc.com/
We have a reservation for 20 there at 7pm on the 13th. See you guys there!

I’m glad we’re getting dialed in! A big shoutout to team Nauti for helping us foreigners! And Gdane our Local KC tour guide worries he won’t be able to go back to any restaurant he frequents after bringing our crew together. What kind of food are you guys looking for in KC Friday? There are a TON of BBQ places, all with their unique flavors, but if you are tired of BBQ we can help you find something else. Or do we just want to get some lemonade and bar food?
Gdane feel free to chime in too. I havent been to KC in about 2 years so I am not up on the local scene.

No such thing as a “ bad call” that weekend, so from the gathering places that are found friday night I’m thinking after getting thrown out of neeodesha those options will be great.
I’m happy with anything convenient for Friday. I’m all about new experiences and dinning at restaurants I can’t pronounce.. Fun! Plus I’m a fan of Hotels with restaurants and bars combined. And we’ve got one so we can’t lose!
My Pastor did mention I should take it easy on the lemonade every weekend ,so no worries BB...Oh wait. Thursday-Friday hmmm never mind we’re good![]()
Thanks to Team Nauti for getting a lot of this organized. Our flights don’t land Thursday until 7pm so we are out for dinner Thursday but can do Friday. I know you are looking for head count. Any word yest or a meeting place for Friday morning departure from the hotel? Wasn’t sure if we were planning a caravan of cars.NautiGirl wrote: Tue Nov 20, 2018 3:27 pm OK guys - ignore everything I just said in the last post. Turns out you will pass charbar as you drive from the airport to the hotel. The resturant is open until 11. I have a feeling we will be shutting it down. Stop by enjoy some post flight lemonade and ping pongBobo87 wrote: Thu Nov 22, 2018 6:50 amThanks to Team Nauti for getting a lot of this organized.
