The thing that I believe is being lost here is that by being on this forum you’re already in the clique! It might take a bit to catch on to the jokes that have been made for years but there’s nothing exclusionary here.
I’ve been here for years, started dozens of threads and posted thousands of times. My threads have been sidetracked, derailed... whatever you want to call it. Never once have I been offended about it. The derails happened organically because the people in here are friends. This place is an escape, not a Brittanica.
I’ve had the good fortune of meeting many of you in person and consider them some of my best friends.
There’s nothing mean-spirited here.
Bruce, your thread is dope. Aside from the seizure inducing avatar it’s welcome content. Now come back down to earth and show us what you worked on today.
The helm is yours.

No one has derailed more threads than me, and I started 99% of them

One day we’ll all meet at the garage for a sleepover and discuss this catharsis.

Hey Bruce58 welcome to Cobalt Chat! Thought I would be the first to welcome you.
I went through your 208 posts and noticed you never introduced yourself and your boat in the new member section. Feel free to do that for us. Don't forget to add pictures. You know how we love pictures. We look forward into welcoming you back into the group. We look forward to your knowledge and helping others that come here looking for help. Bbp!

I may post some more. I may wait until posts get deleted back to where my last modification posts ended.
I blocked the person who was the major "problem"(and that is saying it extremely nicely)and now my blood pressure went down a bit. There is always at least one of "those" people in every forum. Usually the mods get rid of them though.

Hey all....I'm catching up on threads to start getting excited about coming season.
Very few threads don't get "hi-jacked."
Still...love it here.
GREAT JOB BRUCE!
