Sounds good, thanks for the info. If it doesn't hit 6 then I will re confirm its the original prop.

I was able to use the engine serial number to download the manual on the VP site. Looks like the WOT has a range of 5,600-6,000

It was windy with a lot of chop, but I took her out for one last WOT spin this morning after I topped off the tank. I was solo, but @ 5850 RPM - GPS Speed = 52.7 mph. 5.3L V8-350-CE. (I just noticed the depth gauge says 4.8 feet. That’s wrong. It was probably more like 104.8 feet. My Garmin does that once in a while. Hmm.)

6.0 is iron block, aluminum heads. The 6.2 is aluminum block and heads. The 6.0 is legendary in the GM truck world for it's reliability. The 6.2 is quickly developing the same reputation. I had a Cadillac Escalade with the 6.0 back in the day and the engine was bulletproof. The rest of the vehicle was rather suspect. I gave it away when it hit 300k miles - the engine had never been worked on beyond just the normal stuff.

Ran the boat today, and hit 5,900-5,950 on the digital readout and what looked like just over 6,000 on the analog needle. I think there is almost 100 rpm difference between the digital readout and the needle. Hit right at or just above 52mph. 4 people and 2/3 fuel. 1.5' chop and about 10mph crosswind. Air temp was 54 and altitude is around 900'. Changing the plugs definitely helped, and no codes were thrown. Still has some older fuel in it and I'm not sure what octane it is. My marina has 90 octane fuel, so I think it should be in good shape. Low end and midrange torque is very good. Boat is very responsive.
