Any idea what the warranty period is on those? I have a 2017 200 S with similar problems.

Mine is getting done now. Should have it back next week. Service guy said the texture doesn't feel as deep as before. My guess, just a guess, is that the texture was holding moisture and allowing some type of oxidation of the metal below it.

Just picked up my boat from winter storage and the dealer had replaced all the panels. Upon first glance it looks great! The finish was so uneven before with dark spots etc. Without the old material in hand, it’s hard for me to see any difference as far as color and texture. That’s not a problem as long as they’ve fixed whatever was causing the discoloration. I’m hesitant to even touch them however...

I just got mine back as well. It looks great! I think the texture is different now... not as rough feeling.

I guess I never thought about adhesion issues, I did it last fall and haven’t noticed any issues yet.

I don't remember but what year is your boat and colors. Any pictures. It's been too long man!! Do you boat Higgins or which one?

06 220, we boat mainly on Hardy Pond, but frequent Lake Michigan, Burt, Mullet, Higgins and Torch Lake.
Boat has about 180 hours, Mercruiser-350. Bought bought with 30 hours on it, it had sat for 5-6 years and looked like hell, a little elbow grease and some luck with engine, it's been good so far.
The pic is on

Very cool. Nice picture. Yes it's a pretty bullet proof set up.

Thanks for posting that Vans. How long ago was that pic taken? Were you the only boat out? Great social distancing location. ;)
