New trailer jack on. Found this Fulton which ended up being a direct replacement for the old one

I got some work done yesterday on the boat. Both exhaust manifolds are back on with new gaskets, nice clean flat surfaces everywhere, and high temp sealer in places where its advantageous. Riser is on along with new clamps on the passenger side manifold. Still need to get the other riser on.

Welcome, your boat looks AMAZING. Would you mind sharing:

1. What you used for polishing/waxing? The bootstripe on my '91 263 is really dull
2. The exact model for your stereo? Mine is a good 10 years old and I really want a remote and an auxiliary port.

Thx

Yes, it was from SwimPlatforms. I got the stainless steel molding to match as close as possible to the factory molding on the boat. Including shipping and tax it was right around $2k. I'd have to find the receipt to confirm.

No, they didn't leak. But since I had the risers off already I wanted to get the exhaust manifolds cleaned up and put fresh new gaskets in while I was at it.

I was able to spend some time on the boat yesterday and get the final bits of the exhaust/risers finished up. Got all the hoses back in place. Also installed brand new blue drain plugs and o-rings in all the spots where they're used

I also took out the old battery tray and got all three new battery trays and tie-downs installed. Along with three brand new Duracell Marine AGM Group 31 batteries. The one on the left will be the primary starting battery. The two on the right will be the house batteries. I'm working on making all new battery and charging cables right now. Will post photos of them once they're done.

Pulled the snap on cover off earlier this week, cleaned them up good, and coated them with 303 water repellent. Awesome stuff. If you're never used it I highly recommend you do on any canvas and carpeting and upholstery.
