Sigh, you're right. I will come clean, the only time I have actually driven a boat was when we test drove that R5. I got about 2 minutes behind the wheel and the sales guy asked if I could move aside so the 12 year old who's dad was interested in purchasing the boat could give it a try.
Sad times.

The 12 year old did get to drive. The sales guy was more than a little nervous, you know just a $100k boat in the hands of a kid who could barely see over the steering wheel on a pretty busy Ohio River.
When the kid got tired of driving he said "I'm done." and then walked away from the helm with the boat in gear and at about half throttle in a choppy Ohio river. I was entertained and was also very glad it was not our boat.

Yesterday was an absolute mess here. It was close to 70 on Sunday then yesterday we had one of the most raw winter days ever in November. Temps fell down into the 10's yesterday and rain turned to snow and ice resulting in the highways turning into a skating rink. Took me 2hrs to get home.
But through all of that something cool happened around here last night. We had a meteor come roaring through the sky at about 8:52pm. This is not from my nest camera but someone pretty close to me.
