Don’t get to Channel very often as I have to drop my Bimini to get under the bridge to channel lake. Not sure why they did not give a bit more clearance when they rebuilt it a couple years ago?

They actually did raise it about a foot, which is why the sandbar has gotten so busy the last few years. But yeah, my other boat with the fixed wake board tower clears it by about an inch at normal pool. When the water is up I need to use the south bridge on pontoon alley.

Since Turtle closed there isn't much reason to come up here unless you want to do watersports. That's why we head south most days.
