Swim platform fitment

Post by IAFF3586 »

So, in my introduction post Big Block Power pointed out this swim platform he found on eBay. Its for a 2014 210 but says it will fit other models and years. The transom/rear end of the 210 is similar looking to my 206 and I'm wondering if it will fit or how much modification would be needed to make it fit. I tried googling the part number with no results. I emailed the dealership that has it (only 5 hours from me...) and didn't receive and answer. I emailed Cobalt directly and they said they couldn't make recommendations for putting parts on boat they weren't designed for. So, putting it out to the board. Does anybody know if it will work?

Link to the eBay post, its still active:

When I was trying to help a buddy find a platform for his 200 I went to a Dealership and they let me walk there stack storage and measure everything. So I would recommend doing the same. If it's close and your handy you may be able to modify it a bit also.

The dealer where I got my 206 is a Cobalt dealer, I may hit them up and have them run some numbers. Incidentally, I waved as I drove by Sunday and Tuesday...helluva game Monday night. Cold but well worth it.

LOL. I saw ya waved back. When I checked I was supprised at the cost. It wasn't as much as I thought. But it's sold in pieces.
