Including bellows replacement and alignment, $500 seems pretty reasonable.

Decent price for Austin. In addition, they lent me a boat trailer for 2 months while the installers screwed the pooch installing my lighting and sound system. No Charge.

My marina charges $800 just for bellows. That’s a huge job in labor hours even though it’s fairly simple conceptually

I've have only done bellows on a bravo. I can do a bravo in probably an hour. Not sure how much more is involved to do bellows on anything else.
