Ok and I'll add that Cobalt doesn't allow dealers to Web network inventory on those old dust collected parts.

There's a lot of parts still out there in Dealer inventory.. you just have to make a ton of calls.

At least the Factory Is aprochable and points you to the vendors or best options when it no longer is on hand.

For wake surfing I bet it's pretty awesome. For heading out across the lake at speed, yeah probably not so much. I get to find out soon. At our lake a buddy just bought an 18 Axix and another guy has a Malibu. Third has a 24' Yamaha twin jet wakesurf.. I'm gonna try to ride on all them and see.

The garbage can..🀑😱🀣
No loce there.😑
Just who designed the mount, and more importantly, who signed off on it....and who keeps allowing its existence?
Wait until you guys see one..
My dealers suggestion? "just toss it out"...... and it was excellent advice.

Also, the dealer area sales rights thing is a double edged sword. You can't buy a new Cobalt from anyone but your local dealer. Keeps resale solid I guess, but people in a competitive area have the pay the big buck.

Aside from that..😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

I think you know that we take the boat home every time we’re out. The ladder makes it so easy when retrieving, and when load stuff in the bow.
Still, I’m sending it off to a fab shop for some add on adjustments next week. I’m having them add a platform/landing to the top step, and a horizontal handrail that extends onto the boat to help climb down from the bow. That will allow me to move the ladder away from the boat, and have a flat transition platform to safely stand on at the top.
Wifey gets a little timid getting off the boat without a handrail and platform.

Tuscany you definitely win the trailer award πŸ₯‡. I would do the same if I had to haul my boat every time but lucky for me it stay mostly in a lift over the water. 😁.

No lake house. No time in the summer to spend a week at one anyway.
I am however thinking about making an exception and squatting at YT's for a week or two unannounced.

Either way. The important thing is you get to use and enjoy the boat. 😁 you definitely have given a lot of thought into the trailering. Thanks for sharing the pictures and your knowledge.
