Selling an exceptional, turn-key 2003 Dorsey tandem-axle boat trailer. This is a premium, factory custom-welded trailer built specifically for a Cobalt 226 hull. It will also perfectly fit most 21ft–23ft deep-V Cobalt hulls (or similar profiles if you adjust the bunks).
I am the second owner of this setup. For the last 20 years, this trailer lived in the bone-dry climate of Colorado and has been stored exclusively under a carport out of the direct sun. The frame, paint, and graphics are in incredible shape. FRESH WATER ONLY—this trailer has absolutely never touched salt water and has zero rust issues.
I just went through the entire trailer to make it completely turn-key for the next owner:
Fresh Upgrades & Specs:
Brand New Components:Newly replaced bunk wood, fresh premium blue marine carpet, new roller assemblies, and a brand new winch strap.
Tires: Newer trailer tires with excellent tread + mounted matching spare wheel included 4 main tires were replaced in CO before I trailered her back to CA.
Brakes & Electrical: Heavy-duty surge brake system is in great working order. All wiring and lights work perfectly.
