Complete cooling system hose kit for 5.7 GSI??

Hello, I noticed a crack forming on a cooling system hose on my 2003 Cobalt 226 with a 280 HP 5.7 GSI Volvo Penta powertrain. I bought the boat used several years ago and have no idea how old these hoses are. I'd like to change all the hoses and clamps. Does anyone know if there is such a kit?. I'm assuming this will cost quite a bit, so hopefully there are some online options price wise. Also can the cooling hoses be changed with the boat in the water? Tia.

Don't know about the kit. Be sure to buy marine hoses and clamps.

Much trickier to do if any of the hoses are below the water line.
