Water Pump

Hey everyone,

Need help with our water pump. Our new 2023 R8S has the transom shower and electric head. This is our first month having it on the water and we love the boat. Unfortunately we can’t get the shower or toilet to draw water.

The valve is open in the bilge and we push the Water Pressure button on in the head. Yet still nothing.

Dealer is aware and will fix but that may not happen until end of summer.

I’m hoping for some help problem solving!

I am assuming the pump is on? Do you hear it running? If not check the breakers for the water pump. If all that is good then check the strainer. Could be air locked, loosen top and make sure water is coming in.
