I know dedicated ski boats have that option. I’m guessing Bu has incorporated something like this into Cobalt

We optioned a cockpit heater on our '22 R8 Surf. Two locations - one at the helm and a pullout one in the cockpit (starboard side by the cooler). It works nicely and people seem to appreciate, especially with the bow closed off. Combined with Mambe boat blanket (you can put the heater hose into a pocket on them) - makes for comfort on crisp nights. Glad we did it.

I ordered the cockpit heater on my 2022 R6 Surf and it is definitely worth it. There are two vents- one if fixed just under the helm near the feet of the boat driver. The second vent is on the starboard side behind the captains chair where the cooler is. This vent pulls out and has ~10' bendy black hose allowing you to use it anywhere you like behind the windshield. Like others on this thread, we use large towels to create a warm space for one or more people to heat up after getting out of the water or if the temperature drops. The motor has to be running for the heater to work as it uses the warm air from the motor. We have young kids and this is a priceless option to keep them warm out on the boat and extends the time you can spend out on the water. enjoy!

Yes that is exactly like the pull out vent on the starboard side under the cooler. You can also use it "in place" similar to the vent under the helm. Using it in place would put the warm hair on your calves would be if you are seated on the cooler cushion on the starboard side.

I added a cockpit heater to my 250. We love it.
