At least the camera won't stop you from using the boat. The more electric toys that get added the more issues that will be had. Heck Stellantis can't make a touch screen to work to save its sole for the last 10 years so why start now.

Replacement camera installed today and from what the service department relayed, it is working perfectly.

I cannot even find the rear view screen on the dash . Read manual. Nothing there .am told it should be on garmin screen . Anyone know if it had to have been activated in dealer prep?

Many places require a rearview mirror, rear camera, or spotter if you're towing somebody, so the rear camera fills this need. Probably not the kind of thing you're likely to shoot videos of your trick jumps and post to youtube, but you should be able to see if you've lost your rider.

In Missouri you have to have a mirror, just the camera is a no go. I have heard that a lot of the cameras have gone out. I’ve had good luck with mine. My wife and I go out just the two of us a lot. We like the camera much better for keeping track of a surfer. It would be cool if you could save clips from it but as was said it’s not a great camera as far as resolution, etc. We were surprised how much better we like the camera vs using the mirror. If we didn’t legally have to have the mirror we’d take it off.

Does anyone know if a mirror is required in Arkansas?
I've never had one, just drive with my head on a swivel.
I used to "borrow" my mom's car after she went to sleep in central Missouri when I was 15; and drive the country roads listening to the Cardinals games.
I kept getting braver and braver, and eventually would drive into Rolla. I spent so much time looking for cops, I think I became a better driver and I always know my surroundings.

Was visiting my boat in storage today, turned on the screens and my rear camera that had been working is now black as well. Did anybody have any luck getting it working or was the only fix to have it replaced...and for those who had it replaced did that solve the problem and has it continued to stay working?

This is a little off subject, but I did something stupid... We had family in town and they wanted to see our new boat, this was December 26th. I turned on the battery and screens to show everything off and between that time and leaving to go back to the house for the festivities I forgot to turn off the screens. I went back out to the boat January 2nd for something and I saw them a glow. I turned them off and the battery as well. Felt really dumb. So they were basically on for a little over a week. I had the boat plugged in and the battery charger on so that's why the battery didn't die. But I hope I didn't damage anything. Since, I've periodically been out to check and everything seems in working order including the camera.

Since the boat is nowhere near the dealer at the moment… Any recommendations on how to try to reset it? Obviously want to see if I can fix it myself before having to take it all the way back to the dealer for repair. I literally just picked it up from them… a couple months ago after service.
