A little maintenance goes a long way.
You are better off pulling them and packing manually.

I have a picture somewhere of a person who covered his brakes with grease. I have EZ-lube on my travel trailer. I never use it...hand pack only. If you have disc brakes, at least you see the grease if it gets past the seal.

A little common sense goes a long way! If there isn’t any grease coming out the front of the hub then the seal needs to be replaced. Plus don’t pump it in fast with an electric or air grease gun!

I had the vault hubs on my Heritage trailer for my old Rinker, and loved them. Never had a problem, and was actually stunned anything like that existed when I went to service them after the first year of ownership. My ne McClain trailer (purchased 2 months ago) also has the Vault hubs, and so far, so good. They have about 1,750 miles on them from me already.

I do like the Dexter axles EZ Lube system though as well. I have those on my camper trailer, and they are very easy to maintain.

Nice! Did you go to the regatta? It’s been a crazy couple years for us, so not a lot of boating. Between buying a new house, putting a TON of work into it, then finding out I had a little sister I never knew about and bringing her to stay with us for all of last summer, then putting in a pool this summer, ain’t had much time to splash the old girl. Hoping next summer is a return to normal, and a lot more boat time.

Better than finding out you had a daughter that you never knew about.
I've seen that happen a few times.
