Subwoofer not working R6

We've got a 2022 R6 with the platinum sound. The subwoofer under the passenger seat doesn't work. It didn't work when we received the boat but it was overlooked during the dealer orientation. I've checked the fuses on the amp but didn't see any blown fuses. The amp is powering on too. Any ideas?

The boat is stored on the water, so it's not the easiest thing to get it on the trailer, to drive it 40 miles to the dealer for just this issue. May just wait for end of season service when it's out away for the winter.

You'll need something to verify whether a signal is present or not, but I'd start by making sure the head unit is configured properly to drive the sub amp, and make sure there's an audio signal reaching the amp (e.g., by plugging the RCA connector into a boom box, multimeter, etc., to confirm there's a signal there). Next, make sure there's a signal coming OUT of the amplifier, and that the amplifier gain and other configuration switches and whatnot match your setup. If that's all fine, pull the speaker out and check the speaker cable at the other end, and test the woofer by hooking it up to your boombox, home stereo, or something to make sure it's not defective.

Could be a bit of work to do all of this, but my guess is that it's a loose connector somewhere or a misconfiguration in the head unit or amplifier.

Try adjusting the sub level in audio settings on the Fusion head unit. I have an R8 with platinum sound and this solved the issue.

I've had a couple of issues with sub in my 21 R8S. Both times it has been wiring that came loose behind the amp wall. Not easy to access and I'm not comfortable working on it so I have taken to dealer. Hope yours can be resolved with a setting.
