2003 Cobalt 240 rear fill cushion supports
Anyone know where to get the supports which hold up the fill cushions on the 240? Two triangular cushions can be added on top of these braces to convert the bench seats into a sunpad. Thanks!

Re: 2001 Cobalt 190
Sorry, yes. That is max WOT. I was at 5000 RPM at WOT with my prior Vengeance 17 pitch prop. Similar loads and conditions
I think I’m giving her all she’s got, Captain.

Re: 2001 Cobalt 190
Reanimating the thread. Now has a Michigan Wheel Ballistic 19 pitch. 4.3L still barely gets to 45 mph. GPS Speedo. My RpMs properly trimmed at 4400. I think I maxed out.
Any chance those prior memories of 50 mph were wishful memories?

Depth of 40 gal fuel tank?
I have a 190 with a 40 gallon fuel tank. It needs a new fuel sender, and for this I need to know the depth of the tank. I’d measure but the boat and I aren’t together currently. Will get a pole style rather than the arm style. Thanks!

2000 190 question on foam decking
Hi,
I have a 2000 190, I'm interested in some of that foam flooring for the deck and platform. Does anyone know if a template exists for the 2000 190? Thanks!

Re: New dash panel
Hi, I also want to report a good experience with Tecnographic. I had them make new panels for my 2000 190. They had the template in stock. I needed thinner aluminum for flex and a few minor design tweaks. Came out beautiful. Can’t wait to actually install them.

Bottom painting recommendation!
Anyone have a bottom painting service to recommend at the southern NJ shore points, or the Philadelphia suburbs? My boat is a 2000 190 with years of history I don’t know. Not sure how much prep and paint is needed. Thanks!

Re: Light switch, wiring. 2000 190
All I am doing is cosmetic mostly. New gauges, switches, and dash panels. But not changing the wiring. So trying my best to understand the wiring so I can get everything working.

Yours looks a little neater than mine!
I think I have pieces enough together via various online resources. The color codes seem to be shared across many boat types especially with Mercury power.

Sure! Here is my best photo. Pls excuse the 24 years of muck and grime.
No on the calling of Cobalt. I have found this forum to be much better honestly.

Re: Light switch, wiring. 2000 190
this is AWESOME! Thanks!
Nothing on that empty tab then?
And bigger question, any wiring diagrams out there specifically for the switch panels? I have found one for the gauges, like a generic Mercruiser wiring diagram. But can't find one for the switches.

Re: Light switch, wiring. 2000 190
Thanks! Can you explain the wiring? Looks like 6 tabs but three are tied together. Would I just run jumper wire on a new switch?
