Any update on re-caulk of rub rail?

Just curious, anyone had to pull the engine out to replace a steering actuator? I’ve got a 2018 CS22 with a 280 VolvoPenta, I realize it’s in an awkward position, but would be interested if anyone had theirs replaced and if they had to pull the engine out to get to it? Thx.

Any recommendations on a bilge heater. I have the quick drain system but starting to hear issues with it during hard freezes. In N. GA, doesn’t hit freezing often and boat stays on the lift.

I’d be interested to see the resolution on this one. I have same issue, same year and model with VP 6-cylinder. Mechanic says hydro lock could be caused by burning hole in manifold, cheap aluminum. He’s seen this before but thought VP hadn’t seen a trend to do a recall.

Thx for response. I’ve used the fluke in a previous 246. Would welcome others feedback as I’m still searching. Made the trip to the Harbor, salesman reco a Navy type 13 lb for my boat. Would like the rode and anchor coated to prevent scratching.

Just curious what type anchors are CS22 owners using. Seems anchor locker is smaller than needed. Anyone have any experience with Richter anchors? Other types, sizes? On a clay bottom lake.
