95' 252 w/Volvo Penta 7.4L GI oil cooler failure. Are there any other options beyond buying a replacement? Repair? Or possibly a cheaper replacement option? New OEM is aroun$500. Aftermarket ranges from $350-500. Does it look like it has been repaired before? Pics for clarity

I've got an electrical issue on my '95 252. It's got the 7.4L Volvo Penta in it. On the engine are 3 breakers. A 12.5 amp, a 50 amp and a 60 amp breaker.
