Re: Venting with Mooring Cover
I have a tower.....did you happen to find/get a mooring cover that covers tower/entire boat? I think that would be great idea to not only protect entire boat from sun but help with heat.

Re: Swim Deck Stick on Pad - do they last?
Thank you billk2632 for sharing photo....what brand is your mat? When you say storage I assume you mean off season and when in Marina its exposed to sun/weather? I am considering MarineMat brand....my Cobalt also stored indoor during winter months (I live in MN) and summer months (3 months) in a ...

Swim Deck Stick on Pad - do they last?
Hello....I have 2019 220S....through my Cobalt Dealer purchased MarineMat brand peel and stick mat for swim deck with the "Cobalt" inscribed on the swim step mat. I live in MN so boat in water 3-4 months/year.....anyone know how long it should last before it starts to curl up as adhesive fails? If I ...

Re: R5 Swim Step Knob Issue
I have 2019 220S but believe knob is same....mine just fell off at some point in the water........I pushed my dealer and he was able to get me new from COBALT under warranty even though my warranty had expired. You can try it....my position was that it's a terrible design evident by the widespread ...

Re: R5 Swim Step Knob Issue
Anybody who bought entire assembly happen to have extra pull knob? My pin/plunger is fine....the knob must have vibrated off at some point. Cobalt wants to sell me entire assembly for $229 when all I need is the pull knob. My boat is 2019 220s but assume all the same???

Mosquito Netting
I have Cobalt 220S with tower. Might seem like odd question because I have yet to see any bow runner with tower that has one but does anyone have any ideas or resources on mosquito netting I can toss over the tower and drape over the boat so we can enjoy the beautiful MN evenings in the slip without ...

Venting with Mooring Cover
Hello...I have 2019 220S and when moored in slip the cockpit gets super hot. My mooring cover is from Cobalt designed for the boat but only has two small vents at peak. I looked at the venting solutions integrated into the pole using gravity but would like something better to move the air. Ideally ...

Re: Gas Gauge
Thank you all.....my float seems find as the fuel level does jump around. From what I can tell the 1/4 tank "time to fill" is about right and what I will go with as it sounds like there are no other good solutions. Just something you need to get feel for and each boat is a little different.

Re: Gas Gauge
Thanks for quick reply....I'm guessing nothing is wrong with it and just something I will need to get accustomed too as I continue to learn the quirks of the boat as the new owner. I am hoping someone out there may have same make/model and merc who could provide some tips/tricks. I will develop my ...

Service Soon indicator flashing
Hi....I am new owner of 2019 Cobalt 220S with 6.2L Merc 300ph V8. The "Service Soon" light it blinking when I first turn the key on and then goes away. Everything appears to run great.....I checked all the fluids. The local Cobalt dealer can only tell me to bring it in so they can hook up the meter ...

Re: Gas Gauge
To add.....I have the 6.2L 300hp V8 so it consumes a lot of gas quickly so definitely don't want to push it......

Gas Gauge
Hi....I am new owner of 2019 Cobalt 220S which has a 52 gallon gas tank. I have only filled the gas once since owning. I filled the tank when the gas gauge read 64% and to my surprise I was able to fill it with 42 gallons of fuel which would mean the gauge should have read roughly 20%. I get it gas ...

Cobalt 220S swim platform fold down step
I am considering purchasing 2019 Cobalt 220S which has the integrated hinged fold down step off swim platform. I have only viewed the boat out of the water. Can someone tell me if they like the step and if easy to get in and out of the water?
