1979 bow rider, mercruiser 260. How do you check the fluid on the hydraulic pump that raises and lowers the outdrive? Says only add 10w30 but I don’t see any caps or ways to check or add

I’m new to boats but have done some Chevy 350 tune ups. Just got a 79 bow rider 250 merc. As I’m looking into a standard oil change at about 100 hours would be oil, oil filter, fuel separator filter and a fuel filter? Is this correct? Is there a fuel separating filter and a regular fuel Filter?
