Re: 502 MAG MPI fluid level

That reservoir is for your outdrive fluid. If it's milky, you have water intrusion in the outdrive. If it's empty, it is leaking from the outdrive or most likely from a line within the engine compartment somewhere. Get a bright flashlight and investigate.

So glad you found us Bozner.

What's the depth of that sub? The subs we had installed on our 262 and 263 were in the passenger side footwell under the gunwale which worked great. Is there not room in the pic below?

And welcome aboard mate.

Re: 2001 226 Upholstery Match

You're welcome.
Another option is to order the bolts of vinyl through your Cobalt dealer and have a local car interior shop or similar redo that cushion. We used an Amish seamstress as well as a retired furniture repair person redo a couple of our cushions. You'll have to do some research to find ...

So glad you found us RS..6

In the past we’ve been able to go through our local Cobalt dealer who was able to drop ship a roll of vinyl to us from the factory.

Any pics?

And welcome aboard mate.

So glad you found us, HOMAN.

I have not seen anyone sand those panels down. You would have to figure out how to get the labels back on there as well. I think the company in Florida is a good option and folks have had success with them. Have not seen that posted lately though. Keep us apprised ...

Re: Stainless foot tread installation

So glad you found us, David.

You will be able to use 3/4” stainless screws to mount the stainless foot tread. Any stereo or other wiring that may be above the footwell location will be out of the way. It may get hot though if you are in a constantly sunny location and have bare feet.

Have you ...

Re: Hey AsLan7 - You Good?

I did b58. Actually I’ve flown almost every model of KC135 including the T models which were specifically configured to refuel the SR71. (man I’m old)

The yaw damper was installed in the 1990’s to counteract Dutch roll tendencies due to the swept back wings. The swept back wings helped to ...

Re: Cell booster or Starlink mini? No coverage in coves

I have Starlink on my boat in Naples FL and it works amazing, even when underway at 35mph in chop. As already mentioned, the mini runs off of 12 volts and has a built in modem. It’s super popular down here even on boats under 28’. It’s best to buy an adapter that steps up the voltage for more ...

Re: Hey AsLan7 - You Good?

Saw the KC-135 down in Iraq. Just checking in. I assume you are in the left seat at WN these days for your day job?

Hey thanks for asking, k232...

Yes, tragic loss. I did not know the six crew members on that KC135 that went down but had friends who did. Heartbreaking for sure. Somehow that ...

So glad you found us Robey.

Taylormade products had templates of Cobalts at one time. Not sure if they still do but we used them to order an Admiral Blue Carpet for our 262 back in the day. It turned out amazing.

Maybe give Taylormade a shout and they can point you in the right direction. Keep ...

I've only heard good things about Starlink but do not have personal experience with it. Others will chime in shortly.
