Here are a couple of videos I sent to the person at Westland. There are actually a couple of other tears as well. I hope they stand by their warranty and back off their weird claim that I made alterations to the cover.

I had custom panels created because my current ones were cracking from age. The glove compartment panel that I removed with the heat gun was attached by some type of adhesive. I am trying to figure out what adhesive to use to attach this new custom piece.

I find removing some decals it helps heating them with a blow dryer or a heat gun if you have one. With a heat gun keep the heat on low, the goal is to warm the glue just enough to help release.
