I just went to their website and looked up that material. I think you are right. I am going to contact them. Thank you so much.billk2632 wrote: Thu Apr 06, 2023 7:47 pm Pretty sure that is King Starboard, I would use the old piece as a template and cut a new one. Boat Outfitters will cut and route it for you if want.

Need Help on Broken Engine/Battery Compartment Dividing Board
I have a question for the board. We have a Cobalt 222 that I discovered that a dividing board in the internal engine/battery compartment was broke in several pieces. I have no idea how it happened, but I would like to replace it.

Re: Upgraded Dash Panels
Just got the lower portions of the dash panels installed on my 262 in wood grain. I ordered the gauge cluster and glove box pieces last year from Tecnografic and was so happy with them, I had them custom fab the ignition plate and starboard storage plate to match. In addition, they built the ...

Re: Westland Covers - Need Help on Problem
Update: Westland contacted me yesterday via email and said they would send out a replacement. The company came through as some of you thought. Still weird that they initially denied the warranty and supposedly told the dealer (per the dealer) we made alterations to the cover. I guess the videos ...

Re: Westland Covers - Need Help on Problem
Here are a couple of videos I sent to the person at Westland. There are actually a couple of other tears as well. I hope they stand by their warranty and back off their weird claim that I made alterations to the cover.

Re: Westland Covers - Need Help on Problem
I wish I could answer that question. I just took some videos and sent to Westland directly, in addition to the dealer.
It appears to be from the tight fit of the cover at the extended platform because two of the rips are at the same location on the rear of the cover, but on opposite sides of the ...

Thank you both. I will do as you suggest. Started with local marine dealer. I was going to go direct to Westland next, but will back to dealer based on your suggestion.

Westland Covers - Need Help on Problem
I bought a mooring cover from Westland Covers a couple of months ago. When it arrived, took it out of box and put it on using the ties that were included in the box from Westland. Checked on boat this week and noticed three large tears and holes in the cover already with a fourth tear starting. I ...

Re: Remove "Wood" Plastic Glove Box Panel
Very nice. I like the look of yours. I ended up going with this 3M product. It seemed to work fine. I also included some below pictures on how it turned out after installation.

Re: Remove "Wood" Plastic Glove Box Panel
I had custom panels created because my current ones were cracking from age. The glove compartment panel that I removed with the heat gun was attached by some type of adhesive. I am trying to figure out what adhesive to use to attach this new custom piece.

Re: Remove "Wood" Plastic Glove Box Panel
I find removing some decals it helps heating them with a blow dryer or a heat gun if you have one. With a heat gun keep the heat on low, the goal is to warm the glue just enough to help release.
Dustin, the heat gun tip worked great. Now I have to figure out what type of adhesive to use. Any ...
